Timesheets and downloads
Download our timesheet template. Your submitted timesheet should show the hours you have worked and should include the client’s signature, as authorisation.
For those who are contracting, getting paid is a primary concern – and rightly so. Providing support to contractors is an essential part of what we do.
We work with a leading payroll provider to ensure that payments are reliable and consistent – so that getting paid isn’t a chore.
To help us achieve this, we ask our contractors that timesheets are received no later than 10am each Tuesday. Timesheets should also state:
- your full name.
- the client to which you have provided services.
- the relevant week-ending date.
The timesheet should show the hours you have worked and should include the client’s signature, as authorisation.
Before any payments can be made, it’s important that you have signed and returned all of the contract’s documentation – including your Certificate of Incorporation, VAT certificate (if applicable) and the details of your limited company or approved payroll provider.
